Are you licensed in Wisconsin?
YES! Our company is licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Do you require payment at the time of service?
Yes, we do. But we also have financing options through Marine Credit Union and Wells Fargo for bigger jobs.

Will you work with my home warranty company?
Most likely. We currently work most often with Universal Home Protection and American Home Shield. Have your home warranty company give us call.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, cashier’s check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and most debit and credit with no fees from us.

Can I buy parts if my equipment breaks and I want to repair it myself?
No. We do not sell parts. We would be more than willing to send out a repair technician for you.

How often should I change my filter?
- 1-inch - every month
- 3–4-inch - every 3 to 6 months
- Larger - every 6-12 months
Change filters more often if you:
- Burn candles or oil diffusers
- Live with pets
- Have allergies
- Have high-traffic areas

How much is a clean and check and what does it include?
For $124.99, our qualified technicians will check:
- Burners
- Flame sensor
- Filters
- Humidifier water panels
- Drain lines
- Pressure switches
- Limit switches
- Flame roll-out switches
- Temp rise
- C.O. levels (in exhaust too)
- PVC outside
- PVC pitch and supports
- Pilot assembly
- Pilot flame safety dropout
We also clean burners, the flame sensor, drain lines, hose ports, pilot assembly, and the blower after checking on your A/C, furnace, or boiler system.

Do you have a yearly contract for my furnace/AC/boiler?
Yes, we offer preventative maintenance plans for labor on yearly clean and checks for:
- Boilers
- Gas furnaces
- Central A/C units
- Humidifiers
- Media filters
- Condensate pumps

How often do I change my humidifier panel?
We recommend changing it once a year.

How much room do I need around my equipment?
This varies depending on the location of your equipment. You need 24” of space in front of your equipment and 36” away from combustibles.
Ideally, you want enough space to remove the largest component in your equipment.
